If your order hasn't been released for dispatch, you can cancel it. Once it exits the backroom and is on the move, cancellations close.
Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?
Once a package is released for dispatch, the address is locked. If it's still in the backroom, you can cancel the order and place a fresh one with the correct details.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No. Once an order is confirmed, the payment method is locked.
What happens if my payment fails?
If payment doesn't go through, the order may auto-cancel. You'll be notified and can reattempt payment or place a fresh order.
What are your delivery timelines?
Orders typically reach you within 3-5 days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared once the package is released from the backroom.
How do I track my order?
Head to My Account → Order History to see real-time status updates. Once the package exits the backroom, we'll share the tracking link for you to follow it end-to-end.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts are missed, the unit may return to the backroom. Reach out to us, and we'll help you with the next steps.
Why is my order taking longer than usual to ship?
Most orders move on standard timelines. Occasionally, a unit may require additional processing or verification in the backroom. You'll see live updates in Order History.
