SHIPPING POLICY

FORREAL operates as a marketplace platform. All products listed on the Platform are fulfilled and shipped by respective Brand partners through their authorised third-party logistics providers.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched by the respective Brand partner upon order confirmation. As each Brand partner manages fulfilment independently, dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or operational constraints of the respective Brand partner.
- Once an order is marked as dispatched, it is handed over to the logistics partner for delivery.
2. Delivery Timeline
- The estimated delivery timeline is 3–7 days, depending on the delivery location and courier network.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond control, including but not limited to logistics delays, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or regional service limitations.
3. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times as per their standard operating procedure.
Delivery attempts may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Payment issues in case of Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Address modifications requested after dispatch
If delivery attempts fail repeatedly, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO) in accordance with the logistics partner's policy.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at the time of checkout. For Real currently offers free shipping on all orders. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout. Any applicable COD or service charges shall also be reflected prior to order confirmation.
5. Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled until they are marked as dispatched.
- Partial cancellations are permitted prior to dispatch.
- Refunds for valid cancellations are initiated immediately upon confirmation, in accordance with the Refund Policy.
